General Terms and Conditions Omnia Health
1. General
1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and sales via the webshop of www.omnia-health.be, established in Antwerp, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 1018.339.949.
1.2. By placing an order via the webshop, the customer expressly accepts these general terms and conditions, thereby agreeing to their applicability.
1.3. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.
2. Orders
2.1. Orders can only be placed via the webshop.
2.2. Omnia Health reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons or to request additional information.
2.3. The agreement is concluded at the moment that Omnia Health has confirmed the order.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices on www.omnia-health.be are exempt from VAT according to article 44 WBTW including other levies unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Omnia Health reserves the right to change prices. Price changes after placing an order do not affect agreements already concluded.
4. Delivery
4.1. Omnia Health strives for a delivery time of 1-3 working days. If this delivery time is not feasible, the customer will be informed.
4.2. If a product is not available, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
4.3. For orders under €50, shipping costs of €6.95 will be charged for Belgium and the Netherlands.
4.4. The delivery address cannot be changed after ordering.
4.5. Delivery is via Bpost or PostNL.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment must be made in advance via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
5.2. The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
6. Retention of title
6.1. Delivered products remain the property of Omnia Health until full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
7.1. Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
7.2. To return a product, the customer must contact info@omnia-health.be and complete the return form.
7.3. The costs for returns are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
7.4. Omnia Health will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
7.5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if the seal has been broken.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Omnia Health respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.2. Personal data will only be used for order processing and will not be provided to third parties without permission.
8.3. The full privacy policy is available on the website www.omnia-health.be.
9. Liability
9.1. Omnia Health is not liable for damage resulting from the use of its products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
9.2. Advice and product information are not binding and do not replace medical advice.
10. Complaints and Disputes
10.1. Complaints can be submitted via info@omnia-health.be and will be handled within 14 days.
10.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can turn to a recognized disputes committee or the competent courts in Belgium.
10.3. These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
11.1. Omnia Health reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Amended terms and conditions apply to new orders from the date of publication.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
