Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 business days , depending on the carrier. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. In that case, we will of course keep you informed.

Returns

Not satisfied? No problem! You can return your order within 14 days . Send an email to info@omnia-health.be with your order number to register your return. The return costs are for your own account. Was your product damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will of course solve this free of charge.

Postage costs

The prices on our website are exclusive of shipping costs . The shipping costs are:

• €6.95 for orders under €50 (valid for Belgium and the Netherlands).
• Free shipping on orders over €50 .

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to track your order. Delivery is via Bpost and PostNL .
